The very well known is Akshay kumar . Everyone knows him and everyone knows about the fitness level he is having at the age of 52 year old . He is doing at-least 5 movies in a year back to back and still he is having that kind of fitness level that nobody dares to challenge him for running , push ups , hand stands etc. The secret is eating healthy and giving enough time to our body to exercise and burn some calories.

We only required 2 hours for eating and 1 hour for exercise and trust me that is enough for any human being to be healthy all the time but only one condition and that is giving the time with consistency!
